TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment in full and signed estimate is due prior to placing all orders.

Installation is NOT included in estimates.

Lead times are subject to availability from the manufacturer.

All drop-shipped product must be inspected and quantities confirmed within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. If there are discrepancies, Lightform must be notified within the allotted 48 hours of receiving the product and supplied with proper documentation (photos).

Estimates are based on Lightform’s interpretation of the plans and / or specifications.

Estimates include only the materials listed and is subject to revisions in quantity, equipment, and oversights. Any change in quantity and equipment will modify the quoted price.

All drywall repair and painting prior to / after installation to be completed by others.

Estimates are valid for 30 days after listed date. Prices may adjust per manufacturer. Price is guaranteed only after receiving payment.

A $45.00 fee will be applied for all returned checks.

Past due accounts are subject to a finance charge of 2% per month.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Product returns are subject to a manufacturer’s restocking fee of approximately 40%. All returns require 1-2 weeks processing time.

Applicable freight charges will apply to returned goods.

All defective product is subject to manufacturer inspection and acceptance of return. Refunds will be issued once manufacturer approves return.

Any product that has been damaged after being released from Lightform will not be accepted for returns, nor will Lightform be held responsible for cost or replacement.

Fixtures that have been installed do not qualify for returns. Clearance and sold display items do not quality for returns.

Returned items must be in original packaging, condition, and with all components included. Product must be delivered to Lightform.

All returns must take place within 30 days from date received to obtain a full refund. Any returns after 30 days will be issued as in-store credit. Manufacturer’s restocking fee and freight charges will be deducted from all refunds and in-store credit.

If product is within the client’s possession past manufacturer’s warranty, product may be subject to manufacturer’s return policy of non-warranty items.

All custom or made-to-order fixtures are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE & CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
